Overview
This is the decision making cockpit , two feature modules that turn raw order data into a picture an owner can actually read. The Dashboard answers “how are sales doing right now?” with live KPIs, charts, and one-click PDF/Excel exports; the Analytics/CRM module answers “who are my customers and how do I keep them?” by segmenting diners into groups like loyal, at-risk, and first-time. Together they let a restaurant owner see their relationship with customers in concrete numbers instead of gut feeling.

The Problem
Restaurant owners on the platform had transaction data but no way to interpret it. They could not easily answer everyday business questions: Which branch is underperforming this week? Are most orders paid in cash or online? Which menu items actually sell? And critically which customers are slipping away, and which deserve a loyalty push? The goal was to give owners their customer relationships in numbers, so that decisions a promotion, a menu change, a re-engagement notification could be backed by evidence rather than instinct. These two feature modules exist to close that gap.
