Overview

The Ads module is a self service tool that lets restaurant owners design, target, and publish promotional banners directly inside their customers’ ordering app , no designer or developer required. Vendors pick a layout, drop in an image and bilingual copy, choose where it appears in the ordering flow, and watch a live phone-style preview update as they type. It turns a marketing idea into a published, performance-tracked ad in minutes.

The Problem

Vendors had no way to influence what customers saw while ordering. A restaurant running a weekend deal or wanting to push a high margin item couldn’t surface that message at the moment of purchase. The business goal was to drive order value: give vendors a tool to place promos, upsells, and item nudges inside the ordering journey to lift conversion and average basket size. That meant the builder had to be simple enough for a non-technical restaurant owner, yet expressive enough to support multiple ad placements, languages, and call-to-action behaviours.
